Specialisation: sheet metal shearing and deep drawing
Stampaggi Castelfidardo was founded in 1990 by three partners, who were manufacturers of punching tools. The company specialises in the cold working of sheet metal, in shearing and deep drawing of sheet metal through progressive dies, and over the years has introduced and developed other production processes. In addition to bending, cutting, and the various finishing and assembly phases, latest-generation technologies have been introduced, such as punching and laser cutting. Today we can also use welding and handling robots on the forging press, to offer sub-supplies of finished parts.
Stampaggi Castelfidardo activity is supported by the subsidiary Bellucci Stampi specialised in the construction of progressive dies for shearing and deep drawing.

We offer our customers a turnkey service, from designing to semi-finished or finished product. We are equipped with 3D software that provides shape to customer ideas. We perform every step of the process, from the design of the mould to its construction, up to the manufacturing of the finished product.
